Find Your Meeting Point Quickly and Start Your Adventure

Our meeting points are clearly marked for each cruise terminal in Cozumel. If your cruise ship docks at a different terminal than expected, DO NOT take a taxi to the original terminal.

Instead, go to the nearest meeting point based on your new docking location. Check where your ship is docked and refer to the instructions for that terminal to find the correct meeting point.

We will reassign our guide to the nearest meeting point according to your new docking location.


If you won’t have internet access upon arrival, we highly recommend saving all arrival instructions on your phone (screenshot) to ensure you have the information handy in case your cruise ship changes terminal.

Please inform us as soon as possible so we can ensure a smooth and timely pickup.

  • Carnival Cruise Terminal in Cozumel

    1. Exit the Pier Terminal: Walk to the sidewalk along Melgar Avenue.

    2. Turn Left: Follow the sidewalk for about 100 yards, passing the traffic lights.

    3. Look for the Pedestrian Crossing Zone: The crossing zone is marked with yellow stripes near the Royal Village Shopping Center.

    4. Cross the Street: The Hard Rock Cafe is located just a few steps from the end of the crossing zone.

  • Royal Caribbean Cruise Terminal in Cozumel

    1. Exit the Pier: Walk through the terminal and reach the outside gate.

    2. Cross the Street: Use the yellow-striped pedestrian crossing zone to walk to the Royal Village Shopping Center.

    3. Look for the Hard Rock Cafe: It’s located just across the street at the end of the crossing zone.

  • Disney - MSC - NCL Cruise Terminal in Cozumel

    1. Exit the Pier: Walk through the duty-free area and use the escalator to go up.

    2. Cross the Street: Take the pedestrian bridge across the street. You’ll see Starbucks and the white lighthouse, where your guide will be holding a sign with your name.

    3. Enter the Shopping Center: Once inside, walk straight and look for the stairs at the end of the hall.

    4. Go Down to the Ground Floor: Walk toward the lighthouse and Starbucks.

  • Ferry Terminal in Cozumel

    1. Exit the Ferry Terminal: Walk outside to the main area.

    2. Look for the Bird Monument: Your guide will be waiting next to the monument, holding a sign with your name on it.
